While we do offer delivery services for items under 1000 euros, we strongly encourage clients to inspect the items in person before making a purchase. This allows you to fully appreciate the quality, authenticity, and condition of the item firsthand. Authenticity: Each item comes with guaranteed authenticity, supported by original receipts when available. We pride ourselves on offering only authentic luxury items. For pieces priced over 1000 euros, an authenticity certificate is automatically provided, issued by LegitGrails, a trusted and reliable authenticator. For selections under 1000 euros, we include a receipt along with all authenticity markers, such as stickers, cards and other key features. You can shop with confidence knowing that every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. Delivery or Pickup: For items under 1000 euros, shipping will be arranged once payment is confirmed. For items priced above this amount, pick-up is the only available option unless the client chooses to pay the full amount and have the item shipped. Since all sales are final, we strongly encourage clients to pick up their purchases in person, allowing them to inspect the item and ensure it meets their expectations. Arrangements for pick-up will be made at a mutually convenient location and time. Shipping and Payment Verification Process Before a purchase is made, verification of the shipping address is required. Once payment is finalised, a short video will be posted on Instagram or TikTok showcasing the packaging and drop-off of each item. This is done as a measure to prevent fraud. Payment Method: Please note that cash and bank transfer are the only accepted mode of payment for purchases made at Luxe by Min. We kindly ask that payment be made in full at the time of pick-up. Refund and Exchange Policy Please note that vintage items purchased on sale from Luxe by Min are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and inspect the item thoroughly before completing the transaction. As vintage items may have unique characteristics and imperfections due to their age and history, all sales are final. Inventory Availability: Please be aware that we maintain limited stock for each item on our website. Only one unit of each item is available for purchase. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item beyond the listed stock quantity. In the event an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we will promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a refund as appropriate.
